It's Choose Your Own Adventure & Pay What You Want, so as long as you show up, it's hard for the event to not be worth it! I've personally been burned many times by paying $$$ for a course then finding out it's not a good fit, or not managing to actually complete the course 😠
The event is 5h, which can seem like a lot when you're imagining it, but the structure (breaks, coaching+) makes the whole thing fly by smoothly. If you try to plan on your own, it's so easy to get stuck or distracted, but with the live coworking & coaches, you'll get further 📈

here's a review from @nopranablem — I think his experience with BGI was part of what led him to invent co-flow sessions or whatever he's calling them.
