Seeding a walkable co-creative community in coastal BC

I'm earnestly working to co-create something along these lines (~ProtoB) in Coastal British Columbia. Get in touch if you know people (or are people) who might be interested. In-person stuff still ultra-preliminary, but have been staring at the culture thing a long time.

I have some draw towards the village vibe but personally am more attracted to town-city scale in a lot of ways. Or really: something that looks more like a campus. Hub of walkable community with a lot of coworking and colearning happening. Trying to sense how to seed this.

Partners in this project so far are @SarahAMcManus & @LordChisholm, and I've already started connecting with a lot of other cool people since arriving in BC last Dec. Sorting out fractal compatibility for this sort of thing seems like a daunting yet exciting challenge.
