getting some jerks dunking on the separation thread so I'm locking my account for a day or two until people forget about it it really doesn't make sense out of context; people read me as thinking I'm a public figure who needs to make an announcement to everybody
nah guys, this is just where mine & S's friends are sorry there isn't an easy way to put a lock on the living room door (although temporarily there is, and it's what I'm doing right now)
like it would have been convenient, this week, if our social scene were on fb instead, where the post coulda have just been made friends-of-friends only or whatever but even twitter's new circles feature doesn't manage to achieve that all in all I'm glad twitter's twitter tho
also in retrospect it kinda feels like the obvious thing to do would actually have been to lock the account before any assholes got to it, maybe even at the moment I first posted the thing would have missed a couple inspired strangers, but again, announcement was for friends
