I want a service where I can describe an image I want, to a human, and then they figure out how to prompt-engineer well enough to get me two images that match my description fully, which they then send to me (prompt too). Is this a thing? Ideally 1-4h turnaround. Paid ofc ($20?)

When I can get the AI to literally give me what I ask for, it's great, but often it takes me an hour or two of iterating to even just get that. This isn't stylistic stuff; I'm trying to illustrate unusual metaphorical scenes and it keeps falling into tropes.
here's an example (quoted tweet) the downside of the service I'm asking for above is that in this case, in the end I iterated to THIS image, that is much BETTER than anything that could match this desc... which mightn't've happened w more prompting skill!
perhaps, but I figure... A) some people are good enough that they could get it in 1-2 tries (which I can sometimes!) in which case it's $20 for <5 minutes' work! B) someone learning would enjoy getting paid a bit while they learn
