@btohtoh A maybe more detailed/useful model (may or may not be accurate to your specific case!) might be something like: "My left hemisphere skilled at suppressing certain needs/parts of mine in order to get important things done, but at a certain point they rebel and do random shit"

@btohtoh Either example constructs the two modes of you are part of one system, and helping to generate each other, rather than as separate. Even if you don't have a clue how they're connected, you can still hold a basic assumption that they are, because they're parts of a whole you.
