of course, you might have stuff to say where you want to use the phrase "self-love" and "self-hate" differently, and I totally respect that. (there are perhaps other phrases I'll fight to keep precisely tracking their True Nature, but not these)

in essence, what I'm saying here about self-hate & self-love is a koan or something maybe it resonates with something deep in you and you get the joke, maybe not. possible you'll recognize it in some months/years. I can kinda explain it but only kinda
